This polypropylene insert improves the rotor's sedimentation capability, particularly for small particles and those with a low density, whilst reducing the sedimentation capacity (50ml). It has been developed for the separation of suspensions with a low solid material content. A typical area of application is the separation of fine matter in suspensions for water examinations.
